Freezing rain
November 5th, 2006
Well it looks like winter is here. It seems so late now because of daylight savings time. The rain started about a week or so ago. It was so nice outside until the freezing rain (that falls diagonally) came. I wonder why rain can’t just fall down straight. Even though you have an umbrella your jeans still get soaking wet but I guess there is just no way around it. On the brighter side, I got to wear my yellow boots. They are so exciting. I love them!
So did anyone dress up for Halloween? Unfortunately, I totally forgot to bring a costume to college but I ended up being a rotten asparagus named, “Archibald.” You know the one from veggie tales. My roommate thought it would be funny even though she wanted me to be bak choy. I basically dreessed up in green and had some o so very cool dark green eye shadow that glittered a little bit.
I can’t believe that there is only a few weeks of the term left. I’m so ready for winter break. I’m sorry that I’ve been an awful updater but I’m trying. Taking 17 credits really leaves you with very little time. However, I have updated Stardust with some older works that I meant to put up ages ago. Also, there are a few screenshots of past layouts. Hopefully, when break comes I’ll actually be able to do some art that’s not related to school.

I normally love rain but it’s been cold recently and I got sick and today it rained here, too, and that did not make me happy. Well actually, it rained yesterday. And thundered. (I very much enjoy watching lightning.) But anyways, it’s too dark on rainy days. Which is bad bad bad when your school has lots of windows.
Anyways, enough of my rambling, yes I very much dislike it when I get totally soaked. Those umbrellas look pretty and all but they sure don’t keep you dry.
Aww, those yellow boots like magnificient! I should get me some of those. And some rubber duckys while I’m at it. 
Anyways, I love all your artwork. It’s all so absolutely beautiful. By the way, about SVU- I’m so glad Olivia’s done with that undercover stuff. It was okay at first but that episode was just like whattheheck. I missed an episode or two so I haven’t seen much of the new girl but I’m an Elliot/Olivia fan all the way. ;D
